Full policy

Namah Group Product & Services (OPC) Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data of our users (“you”). This policy applies to Yogya (yogyaapp.com) in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and applicable RBI guidelines.

01

Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of personal data:

Identity Data: Name and email address.
Technical & Usage Data: IP addresses, browser types, and interaction metrics with our platforms.
Financial Data: We use RBI-authorised third-party payment gateways (Razorpay) for transactions. We do not store full credit card numbers or raw banking credentials on our servers.
Assessment & Session Data: Voice recordings and transcripts from mock interviews with Siddhi, uploaded CVs and résumés submitted for analysis, assessment scores, Yogya Score history, aptitude test results, English diagnostic results, and session metadata including duration and question-response patterns.

02

Data Localisation

In strict compliance with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulations, all payment-related data and core personal data of Indian citizens processed by our systems are stored exclusively on servers located within the geographical boundaries of India.

03

AI & Data Processing

Across our platforms, we use advanced conversational AI and proprietary diagnostic algorithms. By using these services, you consent to the processing of your voice, text, and other inputs solely to provide personalised, real-time feedback. We do not use your personal, identifiable session data to train our foundational models without your explicit opt-in.

Yogya AI processing: The platform employs real-time voice intelligence for mock interview simulations, natural language processing for CV analysis, and adaptive algorithms for aptitude and English proficiency diagnostics. Voice inputs are processed in real-time to generate interview feedback and are not stored beyond the active session unless you explicitly choose to save it. CV documents are processed to produce skill-gap reports and retained only for the duration of your active account.

Third-party AI services: Yogya may use third-party AI infrastructure (such as large language model APIs) to power certain features. In such cases, only anonymised, non-identifiable data fragments are transmitted. No personal identity data, raw voice recordings, or full CV documents are shared with third-party AI providers.

04

Sharing of Data

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only with:

Authorised payment gateways for processing transactions.
Law enforcement or regulatory bodies (including the RBI) when legally mandated.

05

Yogya-specific Disclosures

Data Retention: Assessment scores, skill profiles, and performance analytics are retained for the duration of your active account. Upon account deletion, all personal data — including session recordings, uploaded documents, and assessment history — is permanently purged within 90 days.
Session Recordings: Voice-based mock interview sessions may be temporarily recorded to generate real-time feedback. Recordings are automatically deleted after feedback delivery unless you explicitly save the session. Saved sessions are accessible only to you and are encrypted at rest.
Institutional Access: If you access Yogya through a college or institutional partnership, your institution may receive aggregated, anonymised performance analytics. Individual session data, voice recordings, and personal documents are never shared with your institution without your explicit written consent.
