By accessing or using Yogya, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or accessing through an authorised institutional account), that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may not transfer or share your account with any other person.
You must notify us immediately at support@yogyaapp.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or exhibit fraudulent activity.
Yogya operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased through the platform and stored in your Yogya Wallet.
Credits have no monetary or cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to modify credit pricing with 14 days’ prior notice. Purchased credits are not affected by price changes.

Permitted & Prohibited Use
Permitted: Personal placement preparation including CV analysis, mock interview practice, aptitude and English diagnostic assessments, and review of your Yogya Score history.
Prohibited — you must not:
Reverse engineer, scrape, or create automated bots to access the platform.
Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the platform or its outputs.
Upload malicious content, impersonate any person or entity, or misuse the grievance mechanism.
Attempt to circumvent security measures, access other users’ data, or disrupt platform services.

AI & Assessment Disclaimer
Yogya uses artificial intelligence to power CV analysis, mock interviews (Siddhi), aptitude tests, and English diagnostics. AI-generated feedback is provided for guidance and self-improvement purposes only. It does not constitute professional career advice.
No placement guarantee: Yogya Score and all diagnostic assessments are tools for self-evaluation. We make no representation that any score, result, or AI feedback guarantees employment outcomes, job offers, or interview selection by any employer.
AI limitations: AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Users should exercise their own judgement and not rely solely on AI feedback for critical decisions.
No employer endorsement: Performance on Yogya assessments does not imply recommendation or endorsement by any employer, institution, or recruiter.
Colleges and institutions may access Yogya under a separate institutional agreement. Institutional administrators may invite students, view aggregated analytics, and configure assessment parameters within the permissions granted under that agreement.
Individual student data — including session recordings, CV documents, and detailed assessment results — is never shared with any institution without the student’s explicit written consent.
Institutions are responsible for ensuring that student use of the platform complies with applicable laws, including the DPDP Act, 2023, and the IT Act, 2000.
All content on the Yogya platform — including but not limited to the platform design, Siddhi AI, assessment frameworks, Yogya Score methodology, proprietary algorithms, branding, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of Namah Group Product & Services (OPC) Private Limited.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works of any platform content without our prior written permission. Unauthorised use may result in civil and criminal liability under Indian intellectual property law.
Yogya is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure service at all times.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the platform entirely, with reasonable notice where possible.
Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.
We are not liable for losses arising from downtime, data loss, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, including your right to access consumer forums via the e-Daakhil portal.
